Maison Calme is a large country house situated in Les Roches commune d' Abilly near the beautiful town of Descartes. The house is maison en pierre [Tuffeu stone] with render finish,Touffeu stone is typical of the Loire region. The house has a small wood at the rear of the property and a south facing patio area with lawns to front and sides of the house which are fenced off and walled. The house has 1 acre in all and also has its own private swimming pool. The house is only 2 minutes away from the shops,restaraunts and bars, there is also a park for the children which has a swimming pool complex, boules and tennis and also kyak hire.
The house has beautiful views of the Loire countryside in the heartland of fairy tale chateau , medieval castles and near all the major vinyards of the region, Chinnon, Bourgeuil , Ste Bourgeuil, Saumur,Vouvray etc etc
Maison Calme has French charm and is very relaxing with large newly fitted kitchen with microwave ,cooker with oven fridge/ freezer ,
