Full of character with exposed beams and original bread oven, the gîte has been renovated and enlarged and is now an attractive cottage home. In an old farm setting, in the rolling hills of the Vendée, it is a peaceful spot yet within easy reach of the areas places of interest and activities, such as La Rochelle, Venise Verte, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Atlantic coast.

The gîte is attached to the main house but is completely private and has far reaching views from the bedroom and garden. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with third bed or cot available), lounge/dining room with with table & chairs, sofa and easy chairs, radio/CD/cassette player. Bathroom with hip-bath/shower and separate toilet. The kitchen, with full cooker, fridge-freeze and microwave, opens onto the large level garden with table, chairs, sunloungers and barbecue. Outdoor toys for children on request. Service washes available. Bed linen for hire.
